Case Study #1
Scenario: Administration staff from a local primary school approached us about their website. The existing website had been done by a parent 3 years earlier, who had since left the school, and nobody knew how to change anything! The site was displaying 3yo information which the new school principal knew wasn't appealing to either prospective or current parents at the school.  It was time to act!

What we did to help: WebSolutionZ visited the school and met with the administration staff and the principal.  It was determined that the existing site was done using Microsoft FrontPage, which explained why each page had different logos, fonts and colours.  WebSolutionZ provided a demonstration of Joomla!, a database-driven Content Management System, and showed staff that if they could use Microsoft Word, then they already had the ability to update their own website.  The school commissioned WebSolutionZ to build their new website.

The new website was developed over the next 3 months, with ongoing interaction between WebSolutionZ and a nominated staff member at the school. At the end of the process, WebSolutionZ re-visited the school and delivered a customised User Manual and a one-hour training session to relevant staff.  Now the school easily updates their own website content and photos, whenever they want to, with no fear of "wrecking" the layout or messing anything up.
