| Scenario: The ITC Coordinator of a newly formed Secondary College contacted us about building a brand-new website. They had spoken to several other schools in the area and found that some had paid upwards of $10,000 for their website! What we did to help: As this school wasn't located in the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, WebSolutionZ provided a username/password for a demonstration Joomla! website, and conducated a short over-the-phone tutorial. The school subsequently commissioned WebSolutionZ to build their new website. The new website was developed over the next 3 months, with ongoing email and phone communication between WebSolutionZ and a nominated staff member at the school. At the end of the process, WebSolutionZ delivered a customised User Manual and provided a one-hour over-the-phone training session to relevant staff. Now the school easily updates their own website content and photos, whenever they want to, with no fear of "wrecking" the layout or messing anything up - and we never physically met!
