nickynewNicky Veitch of WebSolutionZ has had extensive IT industry experience since 1993, in the IT infrastructure, operations support and Service Delivery areas, in large, medium and small companies, in various roles including Systems Engineer, Project Manager and IT Operations Manager – and now web developer and small business owner.

As well as running WebSolutionZ, Nicky has 2 small children and until recently has also run 2 other businesses – one as part-owner of the highly successful web-based e-commerce site Kidz Brandz (www.KidzBrandz.com.au) which she has since left, and the other Designer Photo Cards (www.DesignerPhotoCards.com.au).

Nicky has used PMI and ITIL methodologies to implement a variety of different IT solutions including Helpdesks (both software and framework), server farm migrations, Intranet implementations, office relocations, new server implementations (both Windows Server 2003 and Small Business Server 2003) and Microsoft SMS 2003 implementations.

Nicky has been building websites for fun since 1995 (yes, geeky!) and professionally since the birth of her son in 2006. She enjoys dealing with people and helping them understand, introduce and improve technology that can automate and streamline their businesses and their lives.
