WebSolutionZ has recently implemented a system called WHMCS (Web Host Manager Complete Solution), an all-in-one client management, billing and support solution for online businesses. It automates a lot of things that until now we've managed manually, which means we can start to offer additional services.
This will make everyone’s lives easier!
The Client Area lists all services a client currently has with WebSolutionZ such as website hosting, maintenance package, domain name(s), SSL certificates, etc., renewal dates, as well as invoices, links to your website, links to your hosting account, and more, all in one place.
All existing clients will receive an introduction email with personalised login details for the Client Area.
From the Client Area, clients will be able to do the following:
- Pay invoices;
- Change billing cycles (from annual to monthly or vice-versa), set up automated payments via credit card/Paypal, or deposit funds to pre-pay for services, if desired;
- Request new services, or upgrades/downgrades/cancellations to existing services;
- Directly register new domain name(s);
- Log helpdesk tickets, and check the status of existing tickets;
- Monitor the status of any projects in progress;
- Directly access your Joomla! website administrator URL.
- Access your website User Manual.
- Access your website hosting account cPanel (to access statistics, configure email accounts and more).
- Access any other files we may have worked on for you (logo, business card mockups, etc).
