Using Google Business to communicate with customers

Did you know you can use Google Business to share timely information – like whether your business is open, changed its hours or introduced new services – directly to your customers in Google Search and Maps?

This is especially useful during periods of disruption, such as public holidays, seasonal changes or unexpected events. You can update your business hours, add photos and create Posts to promote offers, events, products and services – all from one dashboard.

How do I know what my listing currently says?

Every WebSolutionZ client has a Google Business listing, and in most cases your primary email address has already been added as an owner. You may need to search your inbox for “Google” to locate the original welcome email).

Otherwise, simply Google your business name to see what’s showing up right now. If you see the “Own this business?” tag, your listing may be unclaimed and available to verify.

To make changes, login via Google Business Profile.
