Bug Busters R Us Pty Ltd is a 100% Australian family owned pest control business.
Goal: The goal of this project was to strategically plan and deliver a digital transformation for Bug Busters. Their previous CMS website was built in 2014, and while it had stood the test of time the business owners found it challenging to update themselves, and felt it was time for a refresh.
Requirements: The business requested a new, fresh and modern overhaul to their digital presence which better represented how they wanted to present themselves. They also wanted to maintain existing SEO. They do not consider themselves "highly technical" and did not want to deal with technical matters such as hosting and ongoing site maintenance, but were keen to be able to self-manage content updates.
Recommendation: Based on these requirements, we recommended a rebuild in a SaaS platform, as these generally require minimal management and overheads but are very easy to use.
Outcomes: The site structure includes a simple primary navigation, call to action (CTA), a fact sheet library and accreditation and product information.
