Firstly - the Society is extremely happy with both the look and workability of our website. At the start of the project, Nicki gave us great advice on how to plan and develop a site that would work for us. The platform is quite accessible and she has developed tools that simplify our regular tasks like news items. We were also happy with the training provided.

Secondly, apart from her knowledge and skill around web design and the best way for us to manage our online presence, Nicki was patient, calm and generous in her interactions with our group - who had little or no experience in working on web site programs.
