Healthpoint Osteopathic Clinic provides holistic osteopathic care in Northcote, Victoria, supporting patient wellbeing through personalised treatment.
Overview: Following internal changes, the clinic’s legacy CMS website was no longer fit for purpose and couldn’t be updated. The goal was to deliver a clean, modern website that better reflected the business and could be easily managed without ongoing technical support.
Project highlights:
- Full digital strategy and consultation to define content structure and business needs
- Website rebuild using a SaaS platform selected for its simplicity and low ongoing overheads
- Embedded online booking capability to streamline appointment scheduling
- Clean, mobile-responsive layout including staff and service profiles, blog, and clear calls to action
- Setup of branded email accounts and management of domain migration
- Copywriting to articulate the clinic’s tone of voice and service offering
Outcomes: The new site enhanced Healthpoint’s digital presence and empowered staff to manage content confidently in-house. The booking integration improved customer experience, while the intuitive platform design ensures sustainability with minimal technical effort.
