King Valley Fine Foods is a regional Victorian manufacturer and supplier of premium condiments to both retail and wholesale markets.
Goal: The client needed a professional website to support ecommerce growth, enable wholesale ordering and strengthen their digital presence. At the outset, the business had limited clarity around its online direction, so strategic consultations were held to define future plans and digital priorities.
Requirements: The solution needed to support multiple user types and price tiers, offer secure wholesale functionality and provide an easy-to-manage product catalogue. A searchable stockist map was required to connect customers with local outlets.
Recommendation: We delivered a new website with a tailored ecommerce system, including custom access levels for public and wholesale customers. This allowed wholesale stockists to log in, view exclusive pricing and order in bulk. A postcode-searchable stockist map was integrated, along with admin tools for ongoing content and product updates.
Outcomes: The site positioned King Valley Fine Foods for future online growth by enabling flexible pricing and order flows across customer types. It also helped lift brand visibility and distributor engagement across the broader retail network.
