After returning from the Joomla World Conference in Rome, I was invited onto the Joomla Beat Podcast to chat about my experience with Pete Bui.
As an introvert, the idea of speaking publicly, especially on a podcast, was well outside my comfort zone. But being involved in the open source community has given me opportunities I never expected. Volunteering, collaborating with people from different cultures, and contributing to something bigger than myself has helped me build confidence and find my voice.
Thanks to Pete for the invitation and for making the conversation feel relaxed and easy. It was a great chance to reflect on how far Iād come and how much Iād learned.
